How do you access a home?Access to the home or facility can be arranged based on your preference. Options include entering through the garage or front door via a code, utilizing a key provided by the client, or having the client present during the cleaning. Occasionally, a customer may leave a door unlocked or hide a key, or purchase a lockbox in which they keep the key for us to use. These are less typical methods than the ones mentioned above. We prioritize flexibility to accommodate your convenience and security preferences.

Do you provide on-site or online estimates?We exclusively provide on-site estimates to ensure accurate assessments tailored to your specific cleaning needs and preferences. We start with the information you provide when you complete our web form, and then we set up an appointment to visit your home. This will allow you to get to know us, and help us make sure your quote is a specific to your individual needs and circumstances.

Do you offer a senior discount?Yes! We provide a a senior discount for individuals aged 65 and above for our cleaning services. We are happy to work with anyone to create a plan that best fits their budget and needs. Contact us today for more information regarding pricing!

Do you provide weekend cleanings?Not typically. However, on occasion we will do a house or office cleaning on Saturdays upon special request around extra-busy times such as holiday seasons.

Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?We ask that we receive notice 48 hours in advance for any scheduled cleaning appointment that you wish to cancel or reschedule. Reschedules will be accommodated to the best of our ability, and usually we are able to find a spot that works.

How do I make a payment?Payments are due at the time of service. We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. You can make payments using cash, checks, CashApp or Venmo. Feel free to choose the method that best suits your preference!

What supplies/equipment do I need to provide?We provide all of the necessary cleaning supplies! While we bring our own supplies, we appreciate your cooperation in providing trash bags, as it ensures the compatibility with the various sizes of trash bins. Additionally, if there are specific or special cleaning products you prefer, kindly provide them, and we will incorporate them into our cleaning routine. This collaborative approach helps us tailor our service to meet your unique needs effectively.

Will a first time cleaning take longer and/or cost more?In order for our team to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness on an ongoing basis, we will first need to bring the home up to what we call 'maintenance level'. This requires a deep cleaning can take up to three times as long as a regular cleaning. The longer a home has gone without being cleaned, the more time we will take to get the home up to our exceptional standards. During this cleaning, anything that can be reached with a stool will be hand-wiped. This type of cleaning also improves the overall sanitation and livability of your living space.

What if I want a room skipped?Please make sure to let our team know ahead of time. Additionally, please leave a note on the closed door of the room you do not want cleaned. This will ensure there is zero room for confusion.

Can I choose a day for recurring service?Absolutely! You have the flexibility to choose a convenient day for recurring cleaning services. We aim to accommodate your schedule and preferences, ensuring that our services seamlessly integrate into your routine. Let us know your preferred day, and we will do our best to arrange the recurring service accordingly.
